The Blue Sword (Damar, #1) by Robin McKinley

OMG! I found this kindle book on sale, and I had to get it ASAP! This was my second time re-reading this book (first time, a looooong time ago in middle school), and it still grabs my heart. The action, the mystery, the romance...

The Girl in the Manor (Emma Griffin FBI Mystery, #3) by A.J. Rivers

The beginning, wow! What is happening...? Emma is still in her hometown, but now something sinister seems to be happening in the Manor (this town... yikes), plus who is Emma truly? Soooo many secrets, still.....

The Girl That Vanished (Emma Griffin FBI Mystery, #2) by A.J. Rivers

Book two of the Griffin series. This book, like the previous book, is a short weekend mystery story. This time Emma is called in to help in her hometown. However, more secrets from her past are coming out...

The Girl in Cabin 13 (Emma Griffin FBI Mystery, #1) by A.J. Rivers

Started reading this series around October (during the weekends...). The way this book starts grabs your attention, especially the creepy town the MC gets assigned to. Then, a few twists come along her way in regards to her family.... A good start to a series!

The Wild Robot (The Wild Robot, #1) by Peter Brown

Read this book together with my little nephew. He loved robot Roz and her story on the island. Especially, her friendship with Brightbill. On to the second book!

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, #1) by Holly Jackson

Great summer read! Loved how the characters developed as the story progressed. Pip and her friends start noticing not everything is as perfect as it seems in Fairview. I can't wait to read book two!
